Assistance with shopping
The content on the website, as well as the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of products through the website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
In the event of contract withdrawal, the customer has the right to a refund or replacement for another product of the same or higher value. When returning the goods, it is mandatory to return them in good and unused condition with the label within 14 days, along with the fiscal receipt and the completed form found at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, we are not obliged to accept the complaint.
* Items produced according to special consumer requirements or clearly personalized are not eligible for replacement or refund (shortening, narrowing, changing the volume, making a custom-sized item outside standard sizes XS-XL, changing the color of non-standard production items).
Upon receiving the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier for any visible damage (torn parts and/or dents). If there are visible damages, you should not accept the package. In this case, please call us at +381 63 666 885 or send us an email with your details (name, surname, phone) to info@alisashop.rs and state the reason for refusing to accept the package. We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.

In the case of returning accepted goods during delivery, the cost of returning the goods is not borne by Alisa d.o.o., but the cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
The usual delivery time is from 2 to 6 working days. In case of delivery delays, our operator will contact you. Delays are possible during sales and promotions.
After completing the ordering process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order to the email address you provided during its creation.
From the moment of purchase confirmation, the delivery time is usually 3 working days. We often reach you even earlier. The usual delivery time is from 2 to 6 working days. In case of delivery delays, our operator will contact you.
RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT
We deliver your orders with the support of partners DExpress and Post Express. Couriers deliver shipments to the delivery address between 08:00 and 16:00. Please ensure that there is someone at the address who can receive the shipment during this period. It is important to inspect the package when receiving the shipment. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and inform us immediately.
If the shipment appears undamaged, accept the shipment and sign the waybill for the courier.
DExpress courier attempts to deliver each shipment twice. It is customary that if the courier cannot find you at the address, he will call the phone number you provided when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still cannot find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receiving the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for re-sending. Post Express courier, if unable to deliver the shipment, will leave a notice with the package number in your mailbox so that you can pick it up at the nearest Post Office within the next 5 working days.
DELIVERY COST
The delivery costs of the order will be clearly presented, separated, and easily visible in relation to the product price, forming the total price, which will be clearly highlighted and indicated. The delivery is free for all orders over 20,000 RSD. For orders below this amount, the delivery is charged 400.00 RSD.

Alisa d.o.o. is obligated to refund the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the statement of withdrawal, and upon receiving the product.
The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a faulty or incorrect item.
